In this pivotal role, you’ll champion strategic improvements, streamline processes, and empower a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll be the go-to expert for progress review, results and engagement monitoring on the student management system —working closely with stakeholders across the university to enhance the student experience. About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including an ability to build and establish strong relationships with individuals internal and external to the University and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels in a collaborative manner.
  • Experience in the development and administration of procedures and policies in a large, multi-faceted organisation.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and train team members, to establish priorities and manage competing deadlines for self and others.
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative, think strategically and creatively and to adopt an active approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated, superior skills in using complex systems and databases such as student management systems, CRMs and a variety of Microsoft products.

Qualifications
  • Post graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience and management expertise and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
