- Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- We are closed Sundays and Mondays

About the Role:
Three Girls Fishing is a well-loved, community-based fish and chip shop in Graceville, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team.
You’ll lead by example, support our staff, keep service running smoothly, and be part of a local business that truly values its team and community.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running daily operations and supervising staff during busy service periods
- Providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues calmly
- Leading a young, energetic team with positivity and professionalism
- Managing stock, checking prep levels, and ensuring food quality standards
- Completing simple admin tasks (rosters, ordering, reporting)
- Jumping in where needed - we’re all team players here!
What We're Looking For:
- Previous management or assistant management experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
- A reliable, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- A hands-on approach - no job is too small!
