  • Provide expert support to leaders and teams, integrating DE&I into policies, operations, and everyday decision-making.
  • Design and deliver engaging training, workshops, and surveys that build awareness, measure impact, and shape future priorities.

Qualifications

You bring bold, forward-thinking energy to DE&I, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive lasting, meaningful change. With the ability to influence across all levels and build powerful connections, you turn insight into impact and complexity into a defined plan .

  • Champion inclusive excellence by applying your HR expertise and passion for continuous learning to embed DE&I into every layer of the organisation.
  • Lead the charge in designing and delivering bold, data-informed DE&I strategies that spark real cultural change and drive impact.
  • Harness the power of behavioural science, people analytics, and organisational psychology to shape smarter, more inclusive workplaces.
  • Communicate with clarity and conviction—whether you're writing policy, presenting to stakeholders, or inspiring teams to take action.
  • Tackle resistance head-on with empathy and tact, turning challenges into opportunities for education, collaboration and innovation.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships while expertly planning and aligning initiatives that are both people-focused and purpose-drive
