What’s the role?
In this key compliance advisory role, you’ll support our Consumer Banking, Customer and Corporate Services, and Enterprise Functions teams by providing expert guidance on regulatory matters, risk management, and strategic initiatives. You’ll help shape and strengthen our compliance culture, working across projects, governance forums, and regulatory engagements.
This is a full-time position based in Sydney or Adelaide, with flexible working arrangements available. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values integrity, insight, and innovation whilst making a real impact across the business
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone with strong professional judgement and a proactive mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in compliance advisory, ideally within retail banking or enterprise functions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity and provide clear, actionable advice.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
