Job Description

KPMG's Transformation Delivery and Change team is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Experienced Manager to play a crucial role in leading KPMG’s ERP learning point of view and capability uplift across multiple technology platforms. This role involves leading and executing learning and system training initiatives that enable organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through a people-centric approach.

The Experienced Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the value from learning across transformation programs is fully realised by preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals on their learning journey to understand the new process and system changes and adopt the change. This will include the full learning lifecycle from understanding new system processes, conducting training needs analysis, designing course curriculums, and managing the development of content and training delivery across multiple business functions.

Your Opportunity

As an Experienced Manager in the team you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the establishment and continuous evolution of KPMG’s internal training and enablement practice, crafting and updating a comprehensive point of view, developing scalable learning processes and frameworks that support operational efficiency and business expansion leveraging AI and Digital Adoption platforms to support ‘learning in the flow’.
  • Engaging and co-ordinating with Subject Matter experts across KPMG and client organisation (to ensure accurate, relevant content development and validation for training materials, aligning knowledge transfer with real-world business scenarios and end-user needs.)
  • Leading a team of learning professionals, across onshore and offshore locations providing guidance and mentorship to drive project success and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of training and enablement initiatives, (aligning learning outcomes with business goals, user adoption targets, and digital transformation priorities to drive long-term capability development and organizational growth.)
  • Maintain strong working relationship with KPMG’s DAP vendors to stay informed on platform capabilities and best practices, ensuring on-going alignment between digital adoption strategies and evolving user enablement needs.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where new ideas and innovative approaches to technology-enabled learning are actively encouraged and explored.
  • Engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to gain commitment and support for the change and learning journeys, acting as a trusted advisor in learning practises.
  • Designing and delivering impactful, clear and effective training sessions and materials including stories and simulations, digital adoption assets, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, and presentation content ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with training objectives and timelines.
  • Driving business development objectives in order to expand work opportunities and grow pipeline and revenue.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training across SAP S/4HANA (other platforms are advantageous)
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end business processes and how they interact in an ERP system. (Experience in Manufacturing, Supply & Logistics and Asset Management will be highly regarded but not essential)
  • Experience creating diverse training assets (written, video, interactive) and use of Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe, EnableNow, Whatfix)
  • Ability to translate workflows into accessible, practical learning for end users
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams towards a common goal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude for building relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to engage cross-functionally to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a structured consulting or transformation program environment
