What’s the role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with our commercial objectives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to shape annual planning and deliver multi channel initiatives that enhance customer engagement across diverse segments and brands. You’ll be responsible for mapping the customer journey, preparing strategic briefs aligned with go to market plans, and driving execution across digital and traditional channels. Post-launch, you’ll continuously optimise campaigns and report on performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
What do I need?
- Understand customer needs by working closely with Commercial strategy and insights & analytics
- Understand the competitor landscape, cultural trends, customer insights and company dynamics that could inform strategic marketing approach
- Understand full funnel metrics and how to execute through the line including strong strategy and creative experience to write and assess marketing briefs; and deliver across multiple channels (including customer marketing)
- Work with stakeholders across key business areas to understand priorities, performance, capability launches and new product development
- Monitor and regularly report on portfolio performance identify opportunities to optimise in-flight performance to ensure delivery against targets
