As we prepare to launch our newly renovated space, we’re seeking a talented Venue Manager to join our team and help take our operations to the next level.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across the bar, restaurant, and bottle shop.
- Develop and manage food and beverage menus in collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of F&B staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory controls.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.

- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-faceted venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and hospitality trends.
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
