The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and service-driven Manager on Duty to assist with leading our Front Office team in a full-time capacity. Working closely with the Rooms Division Manager, in this pivotal role, you will be the first impression of our hotel, delivering intuitive and personalised service that reflects the highest standard of hospitality.
Your Day to Day
- Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency
- Support our Rooms Division Manager with the day-to-day duties of our Guests Services operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships between all departments of the resort.
- Handle and resolve any guests’ complaints or queries.
- Provide training to new team members.
- Lead, inspire and develop the team.
- Up-sell and promote Hotel services.
- Assist with shift coverage
About You
You are polished, personable and naturally attentive to detail. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional guest journey. Previous experience working in a luxury or boutique hotel Front Office is highly desirable, but more importantly, you bring the right attitude and attention to detail.

Additional Information
Our Front Desk operations are 24 hours, with our shifts running from 6:30am to 10:30pm. You will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during this time is essential.
Certifications Required: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
