About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for governance, compliance, and policy development? Join a dynamic team at the heart of a leading university’s Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) unit, as the Manager, Policy Compliance. Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Compliance and Integrity, this influential role offers the opportunity to shape policy and ensure regulatory excellence across the entire institution.
As the Manager, Policy Compliance, you’ll operate with broad autonomy, providing high-level advice and managing critical policy frameworks that underpin the University's operations. You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures that drive compliance with statutory obligations and strengthen confidence among key internal and external stakeholders.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have extensive experience and demonstrated ability in a medium to large sized organisation, in the key accountabilities below:
- Development, implementation, maintaining policy and procedure in higher education.
- Demonstrated experience with and engagement of senior leaders within higher education.
- A deep and demonstrated understanding of higher education compliance obligations.
Qualifications
- A degree in law, business or equivalent would be highly regarded
- A postgraduate qualification in law, business or equivalent would be highly regarded
