The Opportunity
The Procurement Manager will lead the delivery of complex sourcing initiatives and provide expert advice across a wide range of spend categories. This role is key to driving value-for-money outcomes, improving procurement practices, and supporting business operations through effective sourcing strategies, data analysis, and reporting.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
What you will deliver
- Lead end-to-end procurement, including tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Provide expert advice across goods, services, and construction-related categories.
- Manage a forward procurement pipeline and monitor compliance through data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records for audit, probity, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement, reporting, and contract management.
What you will bring
- Qualifications in commerce, business, law, finance, procurement or equivalent experience.
- Proven procurement experience in commercial, government, or large organisations.
- Expertise in complex contracts and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading teams and delivering process improvements and best practices.
