The Manager Product Delivery and Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development and delivery process and ensuring the quality of the products and services that are developed by the Australian Climate Service. This role ensures that all products and services delivered by the ACS meet the business requirements, regulatory standards and customer requirements. This role works closely with the ACS leadership team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in product quality and delivery efficiency.
The successful candidate will be skilled in delivering products and services in a complex and dynamic environment with a focus on data delivery and ICT Platforms. The role reports to the General Manager, Delivery ACS.
