St Michael’s Grammar School is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to bring fresh energy and expertise to our Enrolments, Engagement, Communications and Advancement team. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in one of Australia’s leading independent co-educational schools.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager to deliver engaging campaigns across print and digital platforms.
- Craft compelling content that captures the spirit of our vibrant school community.
- Strategically manage social media channels to grow engagement and reach.
- Capture and curate visual content (photo/video) that tells our story.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine and elevate our communications.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in marketing, communications, PR or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Exceptional copywriting skills adaptable across channels.
- Experience with digital, email and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of analytics and performance measures.
- High-level discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work independently.
- Current Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
