Marketing Coordinator

BaptistCare is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator – Events & Activation to help bring our Retirement Living brand to life through engaging events and impactful marketing initiatives.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in:
- Planning and coordinating events such as sales launches, expos, and community activations
- Managing logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site execution
- Supporting promotional strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility
- Coordinating marketing materials and digital campaigns across our village portfolio
- Contributing to market research, campaign reporting, and stakeholder engagement
This role is a fixed term full time role for 12 months, based at our Norwest office with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in campaign coordination, event delivery, and content production
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with travelling around the state and interstate.
- Aligned with BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
