Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the ANZ Marketing Team with the execution and management of marketing initiatives across the Advanced Wound Care, Continence Care and Ostomy Care business units, ensuring alignment with processes and compliance guidelines. This role involves event management, coordinating product launch activities, managing digital and print content approvals, supporting sales enablement, vendor management and analysing marketing execution metrics. The Marketing Coordinator works with a broad stakeholder group across ANZ and will interact with regional and global marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Administration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content) are developed and approved in a timely manner, managing the compliance approval process.
Product Campaign Support: Support the ANZ Marketing Team through the coordination of key marketing activities (e.g. new product introductions, campaigns, journal advertising).
Sales Enablement: Maintain sales tools (ShowPad and SmartWinnr) and collateral to support the field team.
Event Management: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events, including invitations, logistics, venue selection and payments.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing operating expenses, event metrics and sales tool usage, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Vendor Management: Ensure all marketing-related vendors have agreements and purchase orders in place prior to work commencing, and payments are made in a timely manner.
Budget Support: Review the monthly budget spend; Support Budget owners to effectively manage their budgets
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field beneficial but not essential.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Understanding of marketing principles, sales enablement tools, and event management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms such as MS Dynamics and Optimizely.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing (e.g., TGA) advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
