What you'll do
As a Marketing Manager for Connected Customer Engagement, you’ll bring data to life by transforming insights into impactful, omni-channel campaigns that drive connected customer growth. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute targeted strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion - particularly across key initiatives like Delivery Unlimited, Everyday Market, and our digital ecosystem. You'll be hands-on with our martech, automation, and data science tools to identify opportunities, personalize experiences, and continuously test, measure, and optimise for results. This is a high-impact role where your ability to merge strategic thinking with smart execution will directly influence business outcomes and customer loyalty.
Drive strategic execution by supporting the connected customer roadmap, with a strong focus on automation, data science, and alignment to eCom and AUFood priorities.Boost digital engagement through targeted lifecycle initiatives that increase customer interaction across our digital ecosystem.
Grow our subscription business by delivering data-led campaigns that expand the Delivery Unlimited customer base in partnership with the Business Growth team.
Optimise with insight by leveraging analytics and data science to enhance personalisation, improve ROI, and drive campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across marketing, insights, finance, and tech to deliver high-impact, compliant campaigns end to end.
What you'll bring
Several years experience in commercial and strategic marketing, consistently delivering business performance and results. Ideally, this includes experience within e-commerce, retail, banking, or telco environments.
Strategic and data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into high-performing, omni-channel marketing campaigns that align with broader business goals.
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
Collaborative communicator and stakeholder manager, skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and navigating complex environments to deliver aligned outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen and results focus, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing outcomes that drive engagement, growth, and ROI.
