With continued growth and success, this company is now looking for an experienced, qualified, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a tech-focused environment and is excited by the opportunity to build and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.
Location: The position is based in Melbourne, VIC with responsibilities extending to the Adelaide, SA offices.
Salary: A great salary is offered in the range of $85k to $95k plus superannuation per annum.
Tenure: The role is full time and ongoing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities for the business’s offerings.
- Identification and exploration of consumer habits including customer profiling.
- Devising and coordinating promotional activities aimed at selected target demographics. Such activities will include but are not restricted to events, email campaigns and other face to face as well as online promotions.
- Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management.
- Management of all digital marketing collateral across the business’s websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities and customer segments.
- Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials.
- Optimise marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Working with the data management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities.
- Provision of advice and reporting to management in relation to marketing activities including all areas of promotion, pricing and placement across the brands.
- Stay informed on industry developments and other strategic planning activities.

To be successfully considered we will look for the following attributes and skills:
Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant discipline such as Marketing, Business Communications, or Public Relations is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Experience: We require at least 5 more years of proven professional work experience where you have successfully run and organized marketing campaigns, ideally in a technology or B2B environment.
Digital Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. You must also have proven experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Versatility: The ability to handle a broad range of marketing duties, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
