Belgravia’s customer care team is looking for passionate Contact Centre Consultants in our Tourism division.
The Role
Join a fast-growing national network of unique holiday parks across regional Australia. BPro Parks, part of BelgraviaPRO, is seeking a passionate and hands-on Marketing & Tourism Coordinator to help drive guest engagement, boost park visibility, and support both national campaigns and local park initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging digital campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Coordinate park-level promotions, influencer visits, and photography
- Maintain visibility tools like GMB and ATDW to ensure parks are easily found
- Support campaign reporting and guest experience insights
- Represent BPro at tourism events and conferences
- Collaborate with park teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years’ marketing experience (tourism or regional marketing preferred)
- Strong skills in content creation, digital platforms, and campaign coordination
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, and social media tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- A love for travel, camping, and regional Australia
