About the Role:

Reporting to the Director Clinical Training, some of your duties include:

• Engaging Prevocational Trainees, Interns, and medical students in clinical education activities, including simulation training
• Continuously reviewing existing practices and promoting change where required
• Being responsive to the expectations and needs of both clinical and nonclinical colleagues
• Participating in programs designed to provide personal growth and development

About you:

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including colleagues and other professional staff
• Successful completion of initial (primary) specialty entrance examination or working towards completion of specialty exit exams
• Broad clinical experience and demonstrable competence in clinical medical practice in designated specialty
• Experience in delivery of medical education

As per the SMOEA 2022, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years.
