We are looking for a new receptionist to cover maternity leave. The position would from now be until the end of the year on 22/12. The clinic shuts from then until 19/1. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a chance to extend the position or convert into a permanent one.
You’ll be
- here for 8-15 hours per week, over 2 days starting in the mornings
- currently Monday (8/8:30-1), Wednesday (9:30-4)
- handling billing
- setting up appointment books and taking appointments
- helping patients and doctors
- opening the surgery
- doing medical administration
- restocking
- sterilising medical instruments
The right candidate will
- respect patient information and confidentality
- possess excellent communication skills
- have the ability to multitask
- be able to handle medical information in a manner upholding confidentiality
- have the ability to work well in a team
- preferably have experience with BestPractice
Training can be provided in BestPractice.
You may be asked to cover shifts for sick leave or the occasional evening.
