We're seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our dynamic medical practice. Operating Monday through Friday, Bomaderry Creek Health Centre provides essential healthcare services to our community. This role is ideal for an organized candidate who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year medical reception experience
- Proficiency in medical practice software systems
- Proven track record of stable employment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated patient-centric approach with strong empathy
- Experience in managing complex scheduling systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Professional and caring demeanor with patients
Desirable Skills
- Experience in managing doctors' schedules and anticipating scheduling conflicts
- Previous healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Working Hours:
- Core hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Flexibility required for occasional overtime
