City Eye Surgeons is Melbourne’s leading vision correction clinic, specialising in cataract and laser eye surgery. An opportunity has come up for a full-time or part-time medical receptionist to join us at our St Kilda Road clinic in Melbourne.
Duties include:
· Managing phone calls, appointments, enquiries and bookings
· Billing and receipting
· Maintaining patient records, elective surgery booking, administrative tasks
Criteria:
· Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Has high level of accuracy and attention to details, organisational and time-management skills
· Has initiative and is proactive
· Has high level of problem solving capability
· Knowledge of Zedmed is desirable, but not mandatory
