Our clinic in Thuringowa is seeking enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team. This is a part time position working 3 days per week, with the option to work extra days when required. You will work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
Key accountabilities include:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception
✨ Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect and empathy
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Must be available to work Monday, Thursday and Friday
- Ability to cover extra shifts if required
- Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
