Work Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm/1pm (Half day without lunch break)
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pm (Full day with 30 minutes lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:30am to 4pm
Qualifications:
- A minimum education equivalent to Year 12
- Current CPR certificate (or willing to get)
Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is desired
- Ability to handle 3 phone lines at the same time
- Excellent computer skills, previous experience in medical software Best Practice is preferred but not essential
- Must be able to work at least 2 days a week and rotate with other receptionists on Saturdays
- Ability to cover leave for other staff when needed
Language:
- Speak fluent English
- Ability to speak Mandarin is highly desired
