Paradise Ultrasound Specialists is a leading diagnostic imaging clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality ultrasound services. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an essential part of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and patient inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Liaise with referring doctors and other healthcare providers
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the clinical team
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confidence using computers and managing scheduling systems
- A team player with a professional and caring attitude
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous, but not essential – training will be provided to the right candidate
