We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly admin team in Treendale.
The position is permanent part-time, minimum three shifts a week including some evening and weekend shifts.
We need someone who can provide exceptional service to our valued patients and a high level of support to clinical staff.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in general practice reception
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Caring and patient focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, at times
- Advanced computer and keyboard skills
- Broad understanding of Medicare
- Flexibility to cover 'some' annual and personal leave as part of a team
- Current Drivers licence and own transport & ability to cover other locations when required
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience using Best Practice or Genie software
- Knowledge of Accreditation process
- Current CPR Certificate
- Previous worked in a General Practice or medical setting
