We are a friendly, patient-focused family medical practice seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our supportive team for 2–3 days per week.

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, managing appointments, answering phones, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing billing and Medicare claims
- Maintaining patient records using Best Practice
- Supporting doctors and nurses as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in medical administration or reception (preferred)
- Familiarity with Best Practice software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
