We are looking for an experienced and tenacious individual who wants to get involved and continue to drive the great culture at Planit. To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Coordinator or Advisor within a National or APAC P&C role.
Previous experience supporting a P&C team will also be highly desirable. You are comfortable working in a fast paced and high volume environment whilst being a jack-of-all-trades!
You are able to do all of the above with a smile on your face, while driving business processes and assist in making Planit the smoothest operator since Sade.
The position serves as an advisor to management on People & Culture-related issues whilst acting as an employee champion and change agent.
The position will work in conjunction with the business and the People & Culture function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.
The position may include international & global People & Culture responsibilities and will report to the Senior P&C Business Partner. This role maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its immediate, mid-range & long-term plans, its culture and its competition.
