We have some exciting opportunities within both premier clubs in Parramatta and Pemulwuy. As we are expanding and looking for energetic, passionate salespeople for these venues. Here at Universal Fitness, we take extreme pride in the work we do and as a Membership Sales Consultant you will have an important part to play. We have a unique service offering for our members and work within the fitness wellbeing industry. We are starting and will be growing our business to continue this success into the future.
Position summary: Member Sales Consultant – reporting to the Club Experience Manager you will be responsible for partnering with our members and drive all key new sales acquisitions.
Other responsibilities include:
· Support strategies and campaigns to drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets in line with business objectives for the club
· Contribute to the growth of the membership base, arranging & assisting on prospective membership visits, outreach, administration tasks and other tasks within your wider team.
· Generate new business by visiting corporate sites and complete outreach work.
· Able to Maximize to sale conversation by focusing on generating high quality leads through proven channels in community and identifying new business opportunities.
· Responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly
· Recording daily sales and to be familiar with the total membership sales of the club.
· Management of the membership database and sales systems.
· Other ad hoc tasks and analysis as required.
Key Requirements:
· Passionate about people, fitness and numbers a must
· Experience working in a high-end customer service environment either in hospitality or retail business will be an advantage
· Exposure doing regular work activities in a customer service, sales, or recruitment industry would be beneficial
· Demonstrate consistent and resilient character in personal or professional history
· Recent experience working within a team to achieve common goals and KPIs’
· Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word and internal ATS required.
· Must be motivated to complete activities and targets in a timely manner and with accuracy.
· Must possess excellent people skills with a result driven approach.
