We are seeking a visionary Merchandise Program Manager to drive innovation and execution across our core furniture category. What You'll Be Leading:

You'll be at the helm of our product lifecycle and merchandise strategy for the furniture category - from concept and sourcing to go-to-market execution and in-market optimisation. Reporting to the Chief Merchandise Officer and collaborating across Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Marketing and more, your work will directly shape our assortments, improve margins, and elevate our customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and implement a data-driven merchandise plan that aligns with brand, customer and growth objectives.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end product development, value engineering, and EOL strategies to ensure a healthy assortment mix.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Own timelines, cross-functional readiness and launch excellence across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Be the connective tissue across Buying, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Continuous Optimisation: Leverage analytics to drive assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies for long-term success.

You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in merchandise program or category management, ideally within furniture or home/lifestyle retail.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product go-to-market initiatives across large and complex stakeholder environments.
  • A strong commercial mindset, backed by high-level analytical, project management and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple disciplines and senior stakeholders.
