This is a challenging, exciting, and rewarding opportunity to look after a leading European brand ranged across premium electrical retailers. As the Sales Merchandiser for SE Melbourne region, you will be responsible for managing merchandise to ensure best placement in store while managing relationships with retail stakeholders.
AS A SALES MERCHANDISER YOU WILL
- Ensure the products are presented to maximise exposure in store
- Ensure superior visual merchandising standards with the use of 'stories' with different ‘families’ of products in price order
- Ensure all promotional material is updated and displayed correctly
- Ensure all price tickets are correct and clearly displayed
- Effectively engage with all levels of management and staff in store

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- At least 2 years’ experience as a visual merchandiser or Sales Rep – previous work with electrical/hardware retailers will be highly regarded
- Have a confident and friendly disposition
- Independent problem solving capabilities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent time management skills and planning capabilities
- Have highly tuned attention to detail
- Access to a reliable car to travel between locations
- Valid driver’s licence, phone, computer, printer and preferably tablet.
