What you can expect with this role
- Help optimise service processes in line with the Water Corporation Accountabilities Framework
- Be part of developing, implementing, and refining customer-focused initiatives
- Support team building, communication, and continuous improvement
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expert insights
- Perform meter tests to assist billing processes
- Take on varied tasks including meter replacements, special readings, investigations, and other projects
Your skills and experience
- We’re looking for a skilled professional who brings:
- Proven experience in a large, commercially focused state-wide organisation, delivering and coordinating customer services
- Strong background in field operations, supporting a customer-driven business environment
- In-depth knowledge of metering services and customer accounting practices
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
