Job Title: Microsoft Endpoint Management Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Endpoint Management Specialist with deep expertise in SCCM/MECM, Intune MDM/MAM, Windows Autopilot, and Azure AD to manage, automate, and secure enterprise endpoint environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM/MECM, and Intune MDM/MAM environments.
- Configure & support Windows Autopilot (white-glove, hybrid join, co-management, zero-touch).
- Develop & maintain OS deployment strategies for Windows 10/11 using SCCM Task Sequences & Intune Autopilot.
- Application packaging using MSI/MSIX & PowerShell scripting.
- Patch management via WSUS, SCCM, and Intune.
- Manage GPOs, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, and Azure MFA.
- Integrate devices with Azure Active Directory & manage Conditional Access policies.
- Support mobile device management for iOS & Android via Intune MAM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure, scalable endpoint infrastructure.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM (OSD, patching, compliance, packaging).
- Proficiency in Intune MDM & MAM (device compliance, app protection, deployment policies).
- Deep knowledge of Windows Autopilot & Azure AD (Conditional Access, MFA, SSO).
- Solid skills in application packaging (MSI/MSIX, PowerShell).
- Expertise in endpoint security tools & policies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.
