We have a fantastic opportunity for a Minor Works Co-Ordinator within our BA team based on site at Frankston Hospital and be a part of the redevelopment project in Victoria and is responsible for estimating works, preparing client submissions and delivering works and small projects
In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery, contributing to the overall success of our operations while delivering client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Minor Works & Modification Process at the FHR
- Coordinate and oversee minor works projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Responsible for Financial reporting of the projects
- Responsible for identifying and notifying the Honeywell management team of any gaps/trends/concerns with the projects. Manage the control of billing and costs for the projects.
- Responsible for accurately generated monthly Playbook reports and coordinate HSE training and SOS completion for Project Operations
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Ability to successfully obtain a Working with Children’s Check and a Federal Police Check
- Completion of high school (or equivalent)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (E.g. Business College) are well regarded.
- Qualifications in Project Management or working towards qualification, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft skills. Including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
