Manta Swim School is a mobile swim school in Noosa and surrounding areas. We teach kids to swim in the comfort and convenience of their own home pools or apartment complex. Our program includes 'Babies and Toddlers Swim and Sing' (from 4months) and 'Kids Learn to Swim' (4yrs+).
We also teach at local schools as part of their learn to swim program. Our passionate instructors teach levels from Kindy (4yrs old) to Yr 6 (11/12 years old) through stroke development and water safety, all with the support of our experienced and professional management and operations team. We currently have the opportunity for a Swimming Instructor to join the team and work in an awesome teaching environment, with a great rate of pay. Applicants must be confident, reliable and able to work independently. Full training of our program is provided.
Core objectives include:
- Plan, organise and conduct swimming lessons based on the Swim Program
- Must be punctual and on time for each lesson to start promptly
- Create a safe, fun and positive environment during the lessons
- Regularly remind children and parents/carers of safety rules
- Build a great rapport with the children and their families.
Licences, registrations and qualifications
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / ASCTA Swim Australia Teacher or AUSTSWIM
- Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence
