In this role, you’ll shape how motion elevates every interaction across our brand and product surfaces. From expressive flourishes that bring digital assets to life to subtle transitions that make our tools feel human, you’ll help define how motion becomes a signature part of how people experience Blinq. This is a chance to build something with momentum and leave your mark on a brand defining its category in real time.
You’ll be the motion design lead within the Brand team, working tightly with brand marketing, growth and product design to embed motion where it matters most. This isn’t animation for animation’s sake. This is motion with meaning — helping people feel clarity, energy and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Lead how we present motion across our website, product and digital assets, from feature storytelling to expressive UI states
- Reimagine how motion can live within our site architecture to drive clarity, momentum and product understanding
- Collaborate with brand marketing to add motion to internal and external content assets
- Bring concepts to life in Figma and partner with engineers to ensure motion is implemented beautifully
- Champion motion as a strategic layer of our brand, not just a visual garnish
What You’ll Bring
- 3–7 years of motion design experience, ideally across digital-first and mobile-first products
- Strong Figma skills and comfort working across brand, product and marketing surfaces
- A deep understanding of motion’s role in UI clarity, user emotion and narrative pacing
- A challenger mindset: confident, collaborative and excited to help shape a category-defining brand
- Bonus: you bring a growth mindset to motion — you think in systems, move fast, solve problems, and use AI tools and your creative stack to multiply both your impact and the quality of your work
