Job Description
About the role
We are recruiting for multiple grain harvest casual positions based at the Ardlethan Site in NSW, commencing from September 2025.
The purpose of this position is to assist with the effective, efficient and safe operation of the country storage site facilities during the harvest period.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- The ability to work in an operational team,
- Follow site operational and safety policies and procedures,
- As directed, perform operational duties to assist with the receival of and out turning of grain from the site, and
- Attend and complete site training requirements.
We have opportunities in:
- Grain Classification,
- Weighbridge Operations and
- General Labouring roles.
Qualifications
Training will be provided however the following would be highly regarded:
- Similar experience gained within grain or another, dry bulk commodity, industrial manufacturing, material handling, mining, or similar industry.
- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within a set time frame.
- Strong approach to Safety.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Good communication skills.
