About the opportunity:
The MyChoice Administrator reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the MyChoice Development team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide admin support to our MyChoice Studio team across all regions. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to your MyChoice Studio teams across all regions
- Produce policies, procedures and MyChoice collateral within a timely matter
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Complete data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks associated with the role
- Collaborate and coordinate work with other disciplines
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support
About you:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH and NXT Group along with:
- Previous experience in the residential building industry and/or Interior Design
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with superb accuracy
- A professional, calm, and friendly manner
- A strong interest in data entry and administration
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks
