Nanny/Mother's Help

We have three children, two girls aged 6.5 and 1 and a boy aged 4.5. Our daughter is at school in year one and our son goes to daycare two days a week and preschool 2 days a week. Our children love playing together, going to the park and playground and a variety of activities. The children are happy, sociable, loving and kind. My husband works long hours and I have recently returned to work four days a week. We keep a clean house and like to stick to a consistent routine as we are a busy family and we feel that works best for us. Our current nanny, who is part of our family, is returning to the UK in October and we would love someone who could step into her shoes.
