The National Business Manager eCommerce will help build and transform the way SunRice interacts with consumers online in ANZ to deliver the growth and profitability ambitions for the channel. This includes delivering a seamless shopper journey, marketing to target customers, execution of sales and marketing plans with a view to strengthening the consumer experience, maximising our ability to acquire, retain and convert consumers
Key responsibilities will include:
- Orchestrate traffic, conversion and basket value to drive sales and share beyond in store.
- Work with key ecommerce partners to build joint business plans that unlock TCB
- Understand visitor behaviour and implement strategies based on findings
- Draw insights from data to improve customer experience
- Implement online campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Ensure all campaigns are driven by strategy and ROI at a high and granular level to maximise revenue and budget spend.
- Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, order size and margin performance across a variety of product lines.
- Report and utilise analytics to identify user issues and their severity and work with developers to rectify
- Manage ecommerce Sales budget
To thrive in this role, you be a self-motivated and driven individual, with a proven ability to work both independently and within cross functional teams. You understand the broader role that digital presence plays in total business conversation and you are passionate about understanding online path to purchase
- Tertiary qualification in Business/ Marketing/ Sales or similar.
- 6+ years’ experience in a high-growth eCommerce b2b and/or direct-to-consumer
- Experience working within the on-line food, groceries or FMCG sector i.e. Coles, WW online (AU), Amazon etc
- Experience with digital analytics tools and CRO/ CRM platforms. Understanding of key conversion rate optimisation principles
- Demonstrated eCommerce and digital experience managing multiple online eCommerce platforms
- Experience with direct customer selling and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills in working with and visualising data
- High level of attention to detail and ability to cut through complex data, stakeholder requirements and bottlenecks
