The Systems Specialist is the subject matter expert and principal practitioner responsible for leading the analysis, design, development and deployment of a specific system.As a Systems Specialist, you thrive on identifying areas of improvement and will play a pivotal role in generating ideas to address customer needs and continuously deliver quality products and infrastructure to defined service level standards.
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and will work closely with customers, vendors and technology teams to preserve a timely, cost-effective and fit for purpose maintenance strategy.

The Opportunity
The Systems Specialist leads the analysis, design, development, and deployment of systems. You will identify areas for improvement, address customer needs, and deliver quality products and infrastructure. Collaboration with customers, vendors, and technology teams is key to maintaining a cost-effective and fit-for-purpose maintenance strategy.
This is permanent full-time role based in Newcastle.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have current NV1 clearance minimum to be considered, NV2 preferred. This role will require you to hold and maintain an Australian Government NV1 and willing to obtain NV2 security clearance.

What You’ll Do
Telstra Enterprise - Customer Success & Sales helps Telstra's customers achieve their business goals by providing them with the right products, services, and support.
Address customer needs with technical support and stellar customer service.
Use customer data to improve system performance and integration with Telstra processes.
Manage vendor relationships and track benefits against contracts.
Apply knowledge of new technologies to support system investments and business assets.
Encourage system users to adopt new methods and tools.
Perform quality control checks, report on system performance, and manage data effectively.
Use CableSolve for asset management and ensure data integrity for IT equipment.
