The RPA Hospital Endoscopy Unit, Nursing Unit Manager, requires a combination of leadership skills, clinical knowledge, staff management, and problem-solving. The role oversees the daily operations of the unit, ensure high-quality care, and maintain a supportive environment for both staff and patients. The role demands resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to meet the ongoing challenges of a high-pressure healthcare environment.

Ideal candidate
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Experience in leadership, problem solving and performance management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Holds or working towards relevant post graduate qualification or work experience equivalent.
