Job Description
We are expanding our senior clinical team and would love to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who would thrive on providing clinical support to our junior clinicians.
The successful applicant can be based at any of our 4 clinic locations - Bowral, Campbelltown, Goulburn or Aspley - and will be required to spend at least 2-3 days/week in clinic, along with travelling between our clinics to provide in-person support to our team members.
Work from home options are available.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you
- Considerable experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across a diverse range of clients
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
