About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Office All Rounder to join our friendly team.
Location is Parramatta
- Processing fortnightly rostering
- Processing purchases / invoicing
- Supporting the office team day to day operations
- Work cross functionally with the internal service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collation and preparation of reports
- Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance
- Answering internal and external general queries
- Be a self-starter and have good written and verbal communication skills.
About you
- Experience in working in Business Support/Administration (essential)
- Accounting/Bookkeeping/Financial industry experience with ability to manage online accounting software is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills (phone based)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Love working in a team environment
- Motivated with initiative to solving problems
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Rostering experience is preferred
- Two referees
- Easy, outgoing personality and reliable
