Your Responsibilities
Administrative and Office Assistance
- Organise and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functionality.
- Answer office phone calls, greet clients, and assist in managing client relationships.
- Ensure the office remains clean and well-organised to uphold a professional environment.
- Proactively manage company and personal social media accounts, including postings, updates, and the handling of marketing materials.
- Provide operational support to other directors as needed.
Personal Assistance
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across all aspects of the CEO’s work.
- Assist with the CEO’s personal matters as required.
- Attend client meetings and events alongside the CEO, occasionally outside regular working hours.
Your Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in supporting executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work and remain accessible outside regular office hours when needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
