Managing staff offering support and coordinating staff duties
Main duties and responsibilities
- Administrative Oversight: Manage daily office operations, including supervising Office staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining office supplies.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, aged care regulations, and relevant legislation. Stay updated on changes in policies and procedures.
- Client Coordination: Oversee client intake and assessment processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues and client concerns promptly, working collaboratively with staff to find effective solutions.
- Tech support: Oversee the use of office technology and software, ensuring staff are trained and systems are functioning effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for management regarding office performance, client satisfaction, and compliance audits.
About you:
- Must have experience in NDIS and Aged Care sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle other tasks.
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Flexibility to help staff adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the in home care sector related to Aged Care and NDIS .
- Natural ability to lead and make fair decisions in a timely manner.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
