Work closely with healthcare professionals to streamline workflows and address operational issues as they arise.
Ensure all equipment is functional and that adequate supplies are available to support daily activities.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all occupational health and safety requirements.
Ensure all processes align with current legislation, policies, and administrative procedures.
Manage HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff training, payroll coordination, performance reviews, and general supervision.
