About the Role
We are seeking for an experienced office manager to join a well-established legal firms, based in Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Support lawyers and staff with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and document management
Handle office supplies, vendor communication, and basic finance tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Assist with HR duties including onboarding, staff records, and office policy implementation
Draft and manage internal and external communications in both English and Chinese
Greet clients, answer phones, and manage general inquiries
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of office management or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields is a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
