ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient mail and courier services, maintaining storage coordination, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage mail distribution and courier bookings.
- Maintain office stationery and merchandise stock.
- Support printing, storage, and general ad hoc requests.
- Provide coverage for Reception as needed.
You are a proactive, efficient, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in achieving excellence. To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Available to work 3 days on-site.
- Adaptable, enjoys problem-solving, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and manual handling skills.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience in mailroom or front-of-house preferred but not essential.
