About the opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Offsite Supervisor to lead our teams across customer sites and Sydney Metro Area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is improving service performance, enhancing customer experience, and building stronger connections between our people and the communities we serve.
You’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your leadership will play a key role in delivering reliable, safe and efficient offsite services across multiple locations.
What you’ll deliver with us
You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across offsite locations. Success in this role means leading high-performing teams, managing compliance, and delivering meaningful improvements to customer service and operational efficiency.
You’ll report to the Operations Improvement Manager and work closely with national teams, Sales, IT, and key customer contacts.
You’ll also
- Lead and optimise offsite teams across customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Drive service performance by analysing customer data, resolving operational issues, and improving cost and compliance outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Champion our values by fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all locations.

You’ll also need
- Experience leading teams in operational or logistics environments
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
- Experience managing stakeholders and supporting business change
