We are seeking a Dynamic and forward thinking Administrator to support our manufacturing operations teams. Based in our Forestville site this role will support with administrative services to our sites across SA, TAS and NT.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts stocktakes for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Oversees the full Purchase Ordering process: requisitions, invoice processing, coding, and budget alignment
- Manages CHEP account and Rapid Induct system
- Coordinates with the Centralised Purchasing Team
- Supports and drives site culture initiatives
- Delivers comprehensive administrative support to the site team
- Handles front-of-house duties: greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, deliveries, amenities, and site functions
- Orders stationery and manages site security access cards
- Updates SOPs and maintains historical records through document filing
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders
- Provides admin support for GMP audits
- Occasional travel to sites as required
About You
You make complex operations feel seamless. Your proactive mindset and natural ability to anticipate needs make you the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
- Minimum of 2 years Admin experience
- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office products
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately whist meeting deadlines.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with SAP (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal skills
